We stand 100% behind the quality of our products. That's why, when you purchase from our shop, you receive an additional 1-year warranty – in addition to the statutory warranty. Your statutory rights remain unaffected and are not limited by this warranty.
Validity
The warranty applies to all items in our shop.
Prerequisite: proper use and care.
Duration: 12 months from delivery of your device.
What is covered?
If defects occur within this period that are not due to normal use, you can return your device to us free of charge.
Examples:
- Software errors
- Defective sensors (e.g., tilt sensor)
- Batteries and rechargeable batteries within the first 6 months
Not covered are:
- Breakage of the display, camera lens, or housing
- Water damage
- Batteries and rechargeable batteries after 6 months
- Installation of unauthorized software (incl. apps)
- Damage due to improper handling, operating errors, or cleaning agents
- Defects due to faulty adapters/cables (e.g., bent contacts, damaged SIM slot)
- Opening the device or removing manufacturer or warranty seals
Your benefits in case of a warranty claim
In the event of a warranty claim, we will decide whether to:
- repair your device,
- replace it with an equivalent model (color may vary), or
- refund the purchase price.
If a repair is not feasible, you will receive a replacement device. If that is also not possible, we will refund the purchase price – using the same payment method as for the purchase.
The claimed device will remain with us in this case.
